Connecting the two tabs, and holding the pipes in place, was something like all-thread and some nuts. Genius simple.
I had a friend duplicate what Fraser has mentioned and it works great. No welding done to my car at all on my setup!! Takes about 3 to 5 min to install. If you are interested just stop by during AMP in April and check it out. I have 2014 Camaro #23 with headers and other goodies and she is loud. I passed inspection before performance up grade but blew 103 last time out with Porsche Club. Now I have 90 degree elbows and a Forza Componenti Model D1 3-Way Controller for Camaro and Corvette to run my NPP exhaust full time in stealth mode. I hope this works!!! Im going to be very disappointed if it fails!!

My bimmer with straight through exhaust and a supertrapp w. like 16 discs passed. Oil temps were a little higher and she felt neutered but passed. A couple slash cuts for clamping ability and just the matter of tightening up the exhaust clamp in the pits..

Was talking to Tage this afternoon, did some testing with the Evo this afternoon, iPhone with Audio Logic SPM testing, the highest reading I got was 83 decibels using fast response about 35 feet away? Not sure if I should try and pass as this seems low to me? The exhaust is blowing through the diffuser, some people must have heard my car at Wild horse in June, was it too loud? I know it wasn't as loud as the mustang bunch that was there.

'03 Evo 8 with MAP One piece downpipes with dump tube, AMS cat delete and 3" exhaust.

You could always measure another car that you know passes AMP from the same distance with the same app and compare it to what it shows with yours. If it shows the same or lower on your car, you know you should pass.
