Chuckwalla 2018

I know, I know it's early and we haven't even finished the 2017 season yet... However, Brett Becker of NASA SpeedNews fame and SoCal Spec Miata Series Leader has graciously accepted my invitation (bitching, begging, whining) to make our Chuckwalla event a points paying race for the SoCal SM Series.

What does that mean you ask? Hopefully it means the SoCal Spec Miata Racers come out in full force and discover what we already know... Chuckwalla was hand crafted for Spec Miatas. It's fast, it's got flow, it's got acres of run off area and only one wall on the entire course.

If you haven't been, they've done a ton of upgrades to the facilities including shower facilities in the (expanded to double the size of the original) paddock and have 30 cabins for rent complete with kitchenettes.

Plus, I doubt SoCal has had the pleasure of the Saturday night party with Tage & the Missus and doggone it, it's about time they experienced the spectacle!

See you there!

I always have a good time at our Chuckwalla events, and the track is great. Very much looking forward to next year's event.
