I don't know who put this together, but if you've instructed or organized, well...you'll recognize gold when you see it

Great video. The only thing missing is the guy jumping into his car, revving the motor, slamming into something and then blaming it on something or someone else.

I wonder how many people realize how close this is to being a verbatim transcript of conversations that took place when we really tightened the screws and changed "moving up" from being a birthright to being something that required drivers to have the right skills and attitude. Ever try telling someone who had been driving for a while that not only weren't they ready to move up, but that maybe they would be well served by spending some more time in a slower group and doing (gasp!!!) some more drills? These days it isn't seen as that big a deal but back then you'd think you had just insulted someone's mother or something.

Ahhh, memories.
